I think that there should be a spleef and a pvp arena!!! You don't need special plugins for either of them. I would also make the arena for both of them!!!

PvP Arena: Already exists, '/pa arena2'.

Spleef: Find the spleef plugin and rocker may add it. It is fun but often lags servers. The plugin is required because the floor needs to reset itself.

No you don't need the plugin. Whoever wins has to put the snow back. You would just have a bunch of chests with snowblocks. It's not that hard.
